The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice. Reason: To comply with article 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No2) Order 2013 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals. 2. For clarification, this approval relates to the installation of replacement windows on the front elevation and the replacement of the existing rear door, all as shown in the submitted information with the front elevation windows being sliding sash with horns on the lower side of the upper sash. Reason: To clarify the extent of the proposal. This decision relates to the location plan and information illustrating the proposed replacement windows and door all received on 14th May, 2018.
