In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by David Christian Paramor, Ref 18/00491/D, for the Installation of non-illuminated signage to rear (retrospective) at Ground Floor 20 Duke Street Douglas Isle Of Man IM1 2AY subject to compliance with the following condition(s) and notes (if any):
Reason: To avoid the accumulation of unimplemented advertisement consents. This consent relates to the following plans and documents: Email from 'Artwork' dated 15 March 2018 Site Plan Photograph Date-stamped as having been received 10 May 2018
NOTE The applicant is reminded of the obligations under the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2013, Schedule 1, [Regulation 4(1)] - 'Standard Conditions' which are as follows: -

This decision was made by the Head of Development Management in accordance with the authority delegated to them.

Any appeal against this decision must be in accordance with the criteria set down in that instrument.
Specifically, a valid appeal must be in writing, signed by the appellant, and submitted to the Department within 21 days of the date of this Notice. To further validate the appeal it must contain:
