TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure)(No 2) Order 2013
In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mrs Beverley Wilkinson, Ref 18/00475/C, for the Change of use of storage area above garage to provide living accommodation (retrospective) at The Rule Main Road Sulby Isle Of Man IM7 2HR subject to compliance with the following condition(s) and notes (if any):
Reason: To control development in the interests of the amenities of the surrounding area and avoid separation of the building from the main dwelling area.
Reason: To ensure proper control of the development and to avoid any future undesirable fragmentation of the planning unit.
This planning permission relates to the following plans and documents: Site Plan Elevations First Floor Plan Date-stamped as having been received 04 May 2018 Email from applicant dated 20 October 2018 Location Plan Date-stamped as having been received 01 November 2018
NOTE For the avoidance of doubt, the applicant is advised that no permission is given for the use of the building as tourist accommodation.
