General Policy 2
GP2 requires development to respect the character and amenity of the site and surroundings within designated zones. The summerhouse, hereby approved, shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes incidental to the residential use of the existing dwelling on the application site otherwise known as Modena House and shall not be occupied as an independent dwelling unit.

The internal layout shall remain as shown on the submitted Drawing No.01 - Planning application, date-stamped as having been received 01 May 2018. No kitchen or bathroom facilities shall be installed in the building and no internal walls shall be erected to subdivide the internal space of the building.
