Highway Comments: The applicant has stated that the proposed signage would be placed across the front elevation of both units and it would not be illuminated. The images submitted show that it would be standard shop front type signage so it should not create any distraction for motorists and no highway issues should arise as a result of the proposals.

Highway Services does not oppose the application.
