Highway Comments: The dwelling extension would provide a third bedroom and en-suite which would not change the site parking demand. The existing hardstanding on the site can accommodate several parked cars and on-site turning. The existing site access arrangements are adequate and would not be changed as part of the development. The proposals should not create any new highway issues.

Highway Services does not oppose the application.
