The Commissioners had no comment to make on the following applications.

a) 18/00170/B – West Wind Main Road Colby, Mr and Mrs Hayhow. Replacement of existing annex roof with tiled roof.

b) 18/00177/B – Mount Pleasant, Main Road Colby, Mrs Barker. Changing roof tiles and removing rear chimney stack.

c) 17/01196/B – The Granary, Balladoole, Mr Glyn Owens. Amended plans.

d) 17/01238/B – Arbory House, Glen Road, Mr Roy Tilleard. Amended Plans.

The Commissioners had no comment to make on the following applications, except that in respect of application 18/00322/B the Commissioners feel that a condition be placed on any approval that the extension remain part of the adjoining property and not be allowed to become a separate dwelling.

a) 18/00322/B – 18 Ballastrooan, Colby, Mr and Mrs Roriston. Two storey extension.

b) 18/00353/B – 43, Friary Park, Ballabeg, Mr & Mrs Quayle. Replacement roof to annex.

c) 18/00348/B – Crofton, Poyll Vaaish Road, Dr & Mr Gledhill. Garage with glass link to house.

d) 17/00725/B – Ballakindry Mill, Ballagawne Road, Ballacreggan Farms Ltd. Amended plans.

e) 18/00247/B – Ballaclague Farm, Ballagawne Road, Elizabeth Clucas Charitable Trust. Replace roof on cow shed, from slates to steel sheets.

f) 18/00282/B – 12A – 52 Station Park, Dol Housing. Reroofing and removal of chimney stacks.

g) 18/00293/B – Sherragh Vane, Ard Wooilley, Mr Watterson. Replace current roofing material with slates.

h) 18/00288/B – 23 Ballacrly Park, Ms Craig & Mr Ross. Replace various windows.

g) 18/00252/B – Broogh Aittin, 9, Ballachrink, Mr & Mrs Williams. Modification and extension of conservatory and widening existing vehicular access.
