The comment stated; We are pleased to note that the applicant has acknowledged the Conservation Area status of the property and proposes to install sliding sash windows. We extend our congratulations. For the avoidance of doubt we would ask for a note to confirm that any approval does not include the replacement of the front door which appears to be the original. Also the sash windows should have horns.
