The rendering of the property would result in the loss of decorative brickwork and horizontal brick detailing below first floor window cill level which would have a detrimental impact upon the character and quality of the Conservation Area and the Terrace itself and therefore would neither preserve or enhance the Conservation Area contrary to Environmental Policy 35 of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2016. This decision refers only to that applied for under the The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure)(No 2) Order 2013. Specifically, a valid appeal must be in writing, signed by the appellant, and submitted to the Department within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
