Department Suggested Conditions

If the Inspector is minded to recommend to the Minister that the application is approved, the Department would suggest that the following conditions are attached to the approval notice:

a. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

b. This approval relates to the creation of a field access as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings ADR-E 7, ADR E3 REV A and ADR E4 REV A received on 8th June 2011 and 18th July 2011.
