Thank you for the planning application for 1 Market Hill received on the 5th March 2018.
Please note that the planning fees increased as from the 1st August 2017 and as such the fee for a change of use application is £285.00 and not £275.00 as paid. Please can you arrange for an additional £10.00 to be forwarded to this office?
