Re: P.A. No. 18/00230/C - Change of use from retail/therapy to ice cream parlour - 1, Market Hill, Ramsey for Rory Dorling t/a Gelatory

I am directed to advise that the Commissioners considered the above application at their meeting held on Wednesday 21st March, 2018, and whilst they had no objection to the proposal, they made the following observation:

• The Applicant has supplied details of opening hours for the ice cream parlour, these being 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.

Should this application be approved, the Commission recommends the inclusion of the above information as a Condition of any such approval.

I trust that this observation will be brought to the attention of the Planning Committee, when considering this application.
