Re: Hospice PA 18/00222/B & PA 18/00223/B
We write on behalf of the applicant to confirm that we have been made aware that the access road onto which the Hospice exits is in fact in the ownership of the Department of Health and Social Care accordingly we are aware that there are other construction projects taking place in the vicinity and that any construction traffic would need to be co-ordinated with the Department prior to an agreed programme of work. Further that as there are current incidences of parking along the road for people using the Millennium Oakwood that there are outside influences which need to be factored into the programme.
It is confirmed that the applicant is aware of these issues and will factor these into their proposals for the construction phase.
By copy of this communication we confirm that the adjoining owner has been notified of the application formally.
