Please find appended below the Commissioners' observations regarding the following planning application:

18/00147/C: Change of use of existing detached garage/office as hair salon, 22 Sileau Curn Park, Kirk Michael, IM6 1EP. Applicant Kerry Louise Gerrity.

OBJECTION

The Commissioners are objection on the grounds that there are empty shop properties in the village. They feel that one of these would be better used as premises for a hair dresser and worry about parking issues. The Commissioners are aware that this property has been used as a part time business property previously.
