Re: P.A. No. 18/00141/B - Conversion of ground floor opticians to a hot food and drink establishment (Class 3) - Ground Floor, Kermode House, Parliament Street, Ramsey for Conrod Limite

I am directed by the Ramsey Town Commissioners to request that you defer any decision on the above application until such time as the Commissioners have been provided with additional information in order that they may fully consider this proposal.

• Clarification is sought on the hours of operation stated within the application, particularly in respect of the weekend hours which does not give an indication if the 11pm closure includes Friday night operation.

Once clarification in this matter has been obtained, the agreed hours of operation should be made a condition of any Approval for this application.
