The development as proposed, by virtue of its design, position and orientation of internal rooms and light thereto, would have a harmful impact on the future retention of the trees to the rear and side, which are of amenity value and should be retained. This decision refers only to that applied for under the The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure)(No 2) Order 2013. Specifically, a valid appeal must be in writing, signed by the appellant, and submitted to the Department within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
