Re: Removal of existing Conservatory and erection of proposed Kitchen/Dining Room extension at 42 Bowring Road, Ramsey for Mr. & Mrs. Andrew Pladgeman.
I am pleased to enclose four copies of each of my drawings numbered SM17/439/1 and SM17/439/2 showing the Survey Drawing with existing Ground Floor Plan, Elevations, Location Plan and Block Plan and working drawing with Ground Floor Plan, Elevations and Typical Sections indicating the above mentioned proposed works to remove an existing Conservatory and erect a proposed new Kitchen/Dining Room extension at 42 Bowring Road, Ramsey. Also enclosed are four copies of your Application for Planning Approval Form 2(i) for the approval in detail duly completed, a copy of your Land Ownership Statement Certificate 01(i) duly completed, a copy of your Planning Application Check List on Form PL.7(i) duly completed and a cheque in the sum of £285.00p for the appropriate planning application fee.
Two copies of the enclosed drawings and application forms are for onward transmission to the Ramsey Town Commissioners and the Network Planning Officer of the Highways Division of the Department of Infrastructure for their information.
