The Peel Town Commissioners considered the following planning applications at their Committee meeting and they do not object to the proposals contained within these applications subject to any conditions stipulated below:
- a. 17/01249/B Advertising signage at Black Van Hire, East Quay, Peel
- b. 17/01282/B Replacement windows at Apartment 2 Charles Street, Peel
- c. 17/01297/B Construct flue to 6 Clover Avenue, Reayrt Ny Keylley, Peel
- d. 17/01307/B Replace termination at 16 Michael Street, Peel
- e. 17/01300/B Change of roof at 32 St Germans Place, Peel
- f. 17/01314/B Construction of extension at Ballalace, Tynwald Road, Peel
The Peel Town Commissioners wish to apply a planning condition to application 17/01248/B Works associated with car wash and valet service at King Car Wash, Mill Road, Peel to ensure adequate drainage with oil/dirt interceptors to prevent pollution of the adjoining watercourse.
The Commissioners wish to apply a planning condition to planning application 17/01263/B Change of use to micropub at 33 Michael Street, Peel to erect a viewing mirror to ensure visibility of the Michael Street room from the bar to ensure adequate supervision of customers entering, leaving and drinking in the proposed premises.
