Dear Sirs,
The Peel Town Commissioners considered the following planning applications at their Committee meeting and they do not object to the proposals contained within these applications subject to any conditions stipulated below:
The Peel Town Commissioners wish to seek a deferment for 17/01183/B Construction of first floor extension above changing rooms and sports hall entrance to create additional sports and leisure facilities at Peel Football Club, Douglas Road, Peel to allow an assessment of the parking provision to serve this development and the ability to provide this additional parking along the Douglas Road frontage following the recent removal of the Leylandii hedge at this location.
The Peel Town Commissioners wish to object to planning application 17/01212/B Erection of fence at 1 Creggans Avenue, Peel. The Commissioner believe the fence is too high and visually intrusive on a main entry route to Peel and immediately opposite to the Patrick Street conservation area in Peel.
Should you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact me.
Yours faithfully
Derek Sewell Town Clerk Peel Town Commissioners
