An application for a similar garage was approved in PA 09/00823/B. A similar garage was also previously submitted as part of PA 16/01309/B, but withdrawn from that application by amendment. As part of PA PA 16/01309/B Mr Andrew Igoea of The Forestry, Amenity and Lands Directorate in an e-mail of 9th Dec 2016 made comment of the application suggesting an option where trees T1 & T2 could be removed and replaced with 6 no trees. This application incorporates that option. The location & species of the replacement trees will be agreed on site with Mr Igoea prior to planting.
