7. Description of the proposed development. INCLUDE content (text and graphics), size, construction and whether illuminated. If so, ALL details must be provided.

TO ERECT SIGNAGE WITH THE WORDING "THE ALBERS CUSAY FOUNDATION", THE DEEMED GROUP", AND "NUNNERY MILLS". THE SIGN WILL BE MADE OF SHAPED ALUMINIUM PLATE SPRAGED BLACK WITH GOLD LETTERING. THE SIGN WILL MEAVORE 2990mm X 1500mm. THE SIGN WOULD BE PLACED PARALLEL TO THE OLD CASTLETOWN ROAD, ADJECENT TO THE BOUNDRY WALL. THE SIGN WILL BE MOUNTED ONTO THEIR POSTS. THE POSTS WILL BE PLACED INTO HAND OUR HOLLS MEASURING NO MORE THAN 300mm X 300mm. THE SIGN WOULD BE LIT AT NEHT WITH GOAL WHITE LIGHTS.

22. Statement - I hereby enclose four copies of:

• and all supporting plans and attachments which must include;

Drawings of the proposed hoardings or advertisement (drawn to metric scale) giving sufficient dimensions to show its size construction and site together with:

• Complete information as to the type and colouring of the matter to be displayed
• A Location Plan, a current up to date plan in order to identify the site (these can be purchased from Planning and Building Control)
• A Site Plan detailing the site of the advert/hoarding in red. Showing the position of the buildings and properties immediately adjoining, along with the size and position of every other building within that curtilage.
• The scale shall be indicated on all plans, sections and drawings and the North point shall be indicated on block plans and key plans.
• The fee, where appropriate must be included with the forms - cheques must be made payable to the Isle of Man Government.
• A copy of this application will be forwarded to the Local Authority in which the site is situated, and the Network Planning Officer, DOI Highways Division.

In accordance with Regulation 9(1)(b), should further information be requested and the Applicant fails to comply with that direction after a minimum period of 21 day, the application shall be deemed withdrawn.

To the best of my knowledge and belief all the information given in this application is true, and the documents provided herewith are accurate.

A certificate of ownership (cert O2) will be issued for completion with the acknowledgement to this application
