Business Policy 13
Business Policy 13 states permission will generally be given for the use of private residential properties as tourist accommodation providing that it can be demonstrated that such use would not compromise the amenities of neighbouring residents. The officer assessed the proposal against this policy, finding the additional use acceptable as it would not significantly increase users or impact amenities given the site's existing residential apartment use and proximity to tourism facilities. The site's location in a predominantly residential area was noted but outweighed by surrounding mixed and tourism zonings.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
