It is recommended the agent provide details of the existing floor areas of the units currently in operation and the number of parking spaces required as per the Parking Standards as set out in Isle of Man Strategic Plan (appendix 7) This will give a baseline as to whether the original parking allocation for the the business park was in accordance with standards or below that threshold.
