OVER
1 This development would constitute -
a) a gross and unwarranted departure from the Isle of Man Development Plan; and b) an undesirable visual impact within an area of high landscape value and scenic significance;
as such it would be contrary to the Department's policies and the provisions of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982. There is no evidence to demonstrate that foul sewage from the proposed development can be satisfactorily disposed of.
