In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 4th July 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below. Date of Issue: 4th July 2011 Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas
Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the replacement of windows as shown in the drawings and illustrations received on 27th May, 2011. For clarification, the ground floor front elevation window will be replaced to replicate the existing - that is, with a central sliding sash unit and two slimmer side lights subdivided into two equal lights.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
