Hi Helen, Dawn,
From the Planning List 3 November and excluding planning applications with suffix ‘CON’ and re- consultations, the following new planning applications have highway related impacts and will be subject to a separate response:
23/01102/B 23/01163/B 23/01155/B 23/01223/B 23/01234/B 23/01235/B 23/01239/B 23/01271/B
The following planning applications have no significant negative impact upon the highway network in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications. Advisory comments are applied where relevant, such as for licences to use the highway for equipment and material during works:
23/00928/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking, as there is parking available in front of the property and along the side road. 23/01138/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking. 23/01177/C - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking. The Applicant is advised to consider an EV charging point to aid Net Zero objectives. 23/01200/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking due to sustainable location of proposals and available on-street/multi-storey parking nearby, subject to cycle parking implemented before occupation. 23/01236/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking, providing the pole positions provide a clear width of 1.5m on the footways at all pole locations. 23/01248/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking.
Highway Services HDC has no interest (NHI) in:
