Please be advised that at their recent meeting, Port St Mary Commissioners had no
objections to the following applications:
23/01213/B Arnside, Athol Street for new slate effect roof covering to existing roof and
addition of 2 new dormers.
23/01244/B - Cronk Lea, Lhargan for replacement of windows.
With regard to 21/00547/B - Land in front of Bay View Hotel. Amended Plans for the
erection of a single detached residential dwelling with integral garage, there were
objections and a separate response from the Clerk will be sent.
