ObjectionI would suggest that this is a case of caveat emptor.; This presents a hazard, especially at night, to both vehicles and pedestrians.; I was unable to locate anything to demonstrate that consideration has been given to weight of vehicles that will be parked and whether the back yard of the property can take this weight.
