The following planning applications have no significant negative impact upon the highway network in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications. Advisory comments are applied where relevant, such as for licences to use the highway for equipment and material during works:
· 23/00859/C – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking, subject to parking for guests on the approve plans being conditioned. · 23/00868/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 23/00880/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. A S109a highway agreement will be required for the access alterations onto public highway. · 23/00885/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking, subject to parking, access visibility splays and cycle stores being conditioned from the approved plans. A S109a highway agreement will be required for the dropped kerbed footways for the driveways. · 23/00896/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking, as the site is accessed from a low traffic route which then offers multiple directions to the wider highway network. · 23/00897/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised to consider installing cycle parking in an enclosed and secure storage facility to aid Active Travel, and to install EV charging to aid Net Zero objectives. · 23/00899/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 23/00901/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking, as the proposals are in a sustainable location and parking on-street is controlled by TRO. The Applicant is advised to consider installing cycle parking for residents in an enclosed and secure storage facility to aid Active Travel. · 23/00915/C – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking, as the site is in a sustainable location, there’s parking available on street and the proposals are relatively small in size.
