From the Planning List 28 July 2023 and excluding planning applications with suffix ‘CON’ and re- consultations, the following new planning applications have highway related impacts and will be subject to a separate response:

The following planning applications have no significant negative impact upon the highway network in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications. Advisory comments are applied where relevant, such as for licences to use the highway for equipment and material during works:
· 23/00843/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised to consider installing cycle parking in an enclosed and secure storage facility to aid Active Travel, and to install EV charging to aid Net Zero objectives. · 23/00879/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant will need a s109(a) highway agreement for the dropped kerb footway construction to accommodate the extended vehicular access. · 23/00848/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The site is located in a sustainable location being within Ramsey centre. Bins can be stored in the private rear courtyard as existing. The Applicant is advised to provide secure cycle parking spaces for residents to meet Active Travel objectives.
