From the Planning List 21 July 2023 and excluding planning applications with suffix ‘CON’ and re- consultations, the following new planning applications have highway related impacts and will be subject to a separate response:

The following planning applications have no significant negative impact upon the highway network in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications. Advisory comments are applied where relevant, such as for licences to use the highway for equipment and material during works:
· 23/00822/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 23/00464/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking subject to a conditions that bin and cycle storage implemented as per proposed plan and no doors shall swing onto the adopted public highway. · 23/00756/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 23/00781/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant will need a s109(a) highway agreement if they alter the public footway levels to tie in with widened drive, and/or for widening the dropped kerb vehicular access. · 23/00789/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 23/00793/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking, subject to the boundary wall fronting the highway being no more than 1m in height. The Applicant will need a s109(a) highway agreement for the new dropped kerb vehicular access. · 23/00796/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised to consider installing cycle parking in an enclosed and secure storage facility to aid Active Travel. · 23/00803/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised to consider installing cycle parking in an enclosed and secure storage facility to aid Active Travel. · 23/00811/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking, subject to a condition that bin storage must be contained within the site boundary and not on Rear lane. · 23/00812/D - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant will need a licence to oversail the highway for any overhanging signs.
