From the Planning List 14 July 2023 and excluding planning applications with suffix ‘CON’ and re- consultations, the following new planning applications have highway related impacts and will be subject to a separate response:

The following planning applications have no significant negative impact upon the highway network in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications. Advisory comments are applied where relevant, such as for licences to use the highway for equipment and material during works:
· 23/00726/C – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The additional parking will remove a second parked vehicle from the dwelling from parking on- street. The Applicant is advised to consider installing cycle parking in an enclosed and secure storage facility to aid Active Travel. · 23/00727/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking, subject to a condition that bin storage must be contained within the site boundary. · 23/00740/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking, subject to a condition that a footpath connection is created from the proposed front door to the existing driveway on the site. · 23/00772/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking, subject to a condition that bin storage must be contained within the site boundary. The Applicant is advised to consider installing cycle parking in an enclosed and secure storage facility to aid Active Travel. · 23/00817/C – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 23/00820/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 23/00804/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 23/00769/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking, subject to a condition that all doors fronting the public highway must not swing out onto the public highway. · 23/00774/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 23/00809/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking.
