In pursuance of his powers under the above Act and Order, the MINISTER for Infrastructure, following report by the appointed person, does hereby REFUSE the application by M P Associates Ltd Residential estate layout of six plots, roads and sewers including temporary construction access to site off Station Road, Fields 312909 and 314758 land adjacent to Balladoyne, St Johns** for the following reasons:-

The proposed temporary construction access would have a materially adverse effect on highway conditions in Station Road, to the detriment of the safety of pedestrians and drivers.
