Prior to the occupation of the development, the first-floor window serving an ensuite in the north-eastern flank elevation of the development hereby approved shall be fitted with obscure glazing. The window shall be retained as such thereafter in perpetuity. Reason: In order to safeguard the amenities of the adjacent property.
