Install double glazing in line with the Manx Home Energy Audit. Windows on the front elevation to be white uPVC sash windows replicating existing windows. Windows on the rear elevation to be casement type windows. The wndows wil be fitted into existing surrounds. All glass to be Low " E" glass and safety toughened where required.
