RE: PA 23/10117/AIR - Information in relation to condition 4 for 23/00374/B - Information
in relation for bird and bat boxes
We have now had it confirmed that the chimney stack will be solid in construction and not actually used as
a chimney and therefore the Ecosystem Policy Team can now confirm that we are content with the details
contained in the Bat and Bird Box Specification and Elevation Drawings showing the locations of the bricks.
We consider that Condition 4 of PA 23/00374/B is satisfied.
