Photographs attached of the access to the field in question and pictures of the field. I propose a Klargester Water Treatment plant rather than a septic tank to reduce access required to the field. The proposed bungalow would not be seen from the road and would be clad in stone and have a slate roof to blend into the landscape and match existing properties. Tree planting to encourage wildlife would be a priority. Rainwater would drain into existing ditches.
