**Re: P.A. No. 18/01097/C - Change of use from retail (Class 1) to a café / restaurant (Class 3) - Unit 2, Church Walk, St Pauls Square, Ramsey for Dave's Delicious Dogs Limited**

I am directed to advise that the Commissioners considered the above application at their meeting held on Wednesday 21st November, 2018, and whilst they had no objection to the proposal, they made the following observation:

- Whilst the applicant has stated the maximum hours of operation which will be from mid-morning to 11pm, Monday to Saturday, they do not include Sunday opening. The Commission considers that Sunday opening hours should be included to allow for future expansion of the business. All hours of operation should be stated as a Condition of any Approval for this application.

I trust that this observation will be brought to the attention of the Planning Committee, when considering this application.
