The proposed signage would be erected on the building frontage for a minimum period of 1 year. The application does not confirm if the proposed signage would be illuminated but it appears that it would not be based on the proposed image provided. On this basis, the proposed signage should not distract motorists on the adjacent highway and should not result in any new highway issues arising. Highway Services does not oppose the application.
