The application proposes the change of use of an existing tourist unit on the site into ancillary accommodation for the main farmhouse 'Ballastrang'. The original drawing submitted for the application failed to include the main house within the red line boundary (which is necessary when formulating planning conditions for such applications). This drawing now resolves this issue. While this is for information purposes only, should you wish to make any comments please relay these to me by next Friday (19/10/2018).
