Conditions (if any)

The application states that the hair salon would have operating hours of 9am to 5pm Tuesday to Saturday, with 2 staff and possibly one more staff member in the future. There would be no changes to the site access arrangements for the building which is situated in the town centre. There is no site parking and no room to provide such, but there is public car parking available to serve staff and customers. The proposals should therefore not create any new highway issues. Highway Services does not oppose the application.
