Highway Comments: Some of the existing apartments on the site have already secured planning approval for use as tourist accommodation, and the current application seeks permission for the remaining apartments to benefit from the same use. The proposed use of the apartments as tourist accommodation should not create any additional traffic or parking demand compared to residential use, and therefore no new highway issues should arise.

Highway Services does not oppose the application.
