Hello

Thank you for sending me the link with details of the Planning Application and any objections

I have today Thursday 10th May 2018 taken a letter to your offices regarding the comments raised by the objecting party

I have tried to clear up any misunderstanding regarding property boundaries as we have no desire to infringe upon any parties property during or after construction work

Regarding the sewerage drains, surface water, services are all connected directly to the mains via my driveway in the main road through Anagh Coar and do not infringe upon any other properties re - Local Authority records

The other issue raised regarding daylight and outlook I believe we have address this by designing a single storey with a pitched roof to minimize the overall impact. No window has been located in the wall adjacent to No 79 to provide privacy and will be a light colour finish and is a distance away from any window so should minimize any visual loss

The overall extension we believe will enhance the visual appearance of the dwellings and provide a much needed second Toilet Hope this is helpful Regards Peter Heginson
