Dear Sirs Re - Application No 18/00236/B

After contacting your office on the 9th May I was informed that an objection had been lodged May I make a rebuttal to several points raised in the objection.

(1) Quote “We are also have concerns that the footings of the proposed extension will encroach onto our land”

I would like to make it very clear that no extension or works will exceed the curtilage of No 81

(2) Quote “Another concern is the drainage and how it will effect our property as we have a sewerage pipe running from No 81 down through our property and then down to the road”

I would like to state that the sewerage pipes from No 81 are located in the shared driveway between No 81 & No 83 and discharge to the main sewerage pipe located at the front boundary & pavement of Anagh Coar Road. Re - Located on submitted Plans

No 79 & 77 sewerage pipes are located in their shared driveway and discharge to the main sewerage pipe located on their front boundary & pavement of Anagh Coar Road

Conclusion is that no sewerage rainwater services etc do not passed , present , , future infringe upon No79 property

Regarding the lack of daylight may I point out that the proposed adjacent wall will be some distance away from No79 windows, painted in a light colour to reflect light with no window in the wall for privacy and No 79 is located on a southerly elevation which provides ample daylight

I hope this clarifies some statements highlighted in the submitted objection

Yours Sincerely

P. Heginson
