## Representation from the Department of Infrastructure (DOI) Highways Division–

Highway Services Comment made

Do not oppose

Highways Representation history for this case.

Conditions (if any)

The proposal is to change an existing retail/therapy business into an ice cream parlour which is to include the sale of desserts, hot and cold drinks and install a customer seating area. The premises would be open between 11am and 10pm daily. There is no vehicular access to the site or any off-street parking, and no outside space to enable such to be created. However, the site is located in the town centre where public car parking is available in close proximity and therefore no new highway issues should be created as a result of the development. Highway Services does not oppose the application.
