Conditions (if any)

The proposal for a side extension would create additional living space and maintain three bedrooms one of which would be made larger. The dwelling is bounded by three footpaths and trees so there is no existing site parking or vehicular access directly to the dwelling. Lay-bys are present to accommodate parking for this and other properties in the vicinity a short distance away adjacent to the highway. The proposal would not create any additional bedrooms so the site parking demand would remain unchanged. Highway Services do not oppose this application.
