## Representation from the Department of Infrastructure (DOI) Highways Division–

The application is for the installation of illuminated and non-illuminated signage at the Mercedes-Benz garage on Douglas Road by Oatfield Rise. The drawings accompanying the application show all signage installed a minimum of 2.4m from the edge of carriageway in order to preserve visibility splays. Highway Services does not oppose this application subject to the following conditions: 1. All signage is installed as shown on drawing no 25443v01 issue 2 dated 11/07/2017 and the visibility splays shall remain unobstructed at a height of 1.05m thereafter.
