It was unanimously resolved that the Commissioners had no objections to any of the following Planning

PA17/01041/B - Mr & Mrs I Rosenthal - Conversion of garage ground floor to guest accommodation, both ancillary
to adjacent house - Garage and access road, Kilkenny House, Colooneys Lane, Cooil Road, Braddan - AMENDED
PLANS.

PA17/01126 - Mr & Mrs M Marlow - Variations of conditions 1, 3 and 4 of PA16/00554/B to provide ancillary
accommodation and garaging (retrospective), including to extend the period for works to be completed for a further
18 months - Ard Na Mara House, Quines Hill, Port Soderick, IM4 1BA

PA17/01131 - Mr & Mrs C Kelly - Alterations and additions to property - Ballashamrock Cottage, Port Soderick Glen,
