Introduction The site is situated on the promenade in Laxey. The dwelling is single storey.

The planning proposal is to apply for additional use to the dwelling for tourist accommodation so that the clients can rent the available space to holiday makers visiting the island.

Design

The accommodation will consist of a three number bedrooms, one has an en-suite, bathroom kitchen, utility and living space.

Access to the accommodation will be via the enclosed driveway.
