# CON Consultation 1 Highways

Hi Helen, Dawn, Sent again as I have been told this wasn’t received last week

From the Planning List 25 August 2023 and excluding planning applications with suffix ‘CON’ and reconsultations, the following new planning applications have highway related impacts and will be subject to a separate response:

- 23/00951/D 23/00985/B
- 23/00952/B

The following planning applications have no significant negative impact upon the highway network in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications. Advisory comments are applied where relevant, such as for licences to use the highway for equipment and material during works:

23/00919/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking subject to access and internal layout conditioned. A S109 highway agreement will be required for the alterations of the access onto the public highway. 23/00923/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking subject to gates swinging inwards into the yard for the lifetime of the development. 23/00943/C - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking 23/00954/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking 23/00956/C - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised to consider installing EV charging to aid Net Zero objectives.
